Perun is a climbing area above Strožanac (Podstrana). At the foot of the hill Perun there is an oak forest which can be reached by car on a macadam road. The climbing area currently has over 60 routes of difficulty from 4b to 7c +. In Slavic mythology, Perun is the highest god of the pantheon and the god of the sky, thunder, lightning, storm, rain, law, war, fertility and oak.
