There are still plenty of unclimbed rock faces in Zillertal. At first glance, the Klunkerwand, high up on the slopes of the Floitental, appears difficult to reach. Yet a rocky gully provides good access to this hidden gem, which, as a north face, offers excellent conditions even in summery warm temperatures. The base of the wall is very steep, which is why two wooden ledges were constructed to make access to the individual routes easier.
