| Viaggio nel passato (7c) | 5b (rp), 6a+ (os), 6a+ (rp), 5b (os), 6a+ (os), 7c (rp, felt like 7b), 7b+ (rp), 7a (os, felt like 6b+), 6c+ (fl), 6a+ (tr), 7a+ (os), 6a+ (tr). In terms of rock quality, this is probably the very best you can find between Schüsselkar and Marmolata. Absolutely 5 stars, no one needs to fly to Patagonia for that, you won't find better alpinism there either, just easier (for marketing). However, the style is very reprehensible and it is a great pity that the first ascenders were unable to restrain their egos until someone with the expertise was able to climb the same line in good style (aka from below and without bolts). Often the completely wrong type of pitons are in the right placements and route finding is annoying, knowing that you can't trust your intuition, because they hammered in the pitons from above. The material in the two crux pitches was partly replaced, but not afterwards and the slings are often poor. [Ecopoint] |

At the end it was a proper fight, which took a lot of energy out of me (mentally and physically). The pitons used are not always the best quality, as they are often the wrong type for the placement or just used wrongly, which makes the whole climb even more spicy! The two crux pitches were perfectly prepared by Martin a couple days prior, which it possible for me to send the first crux pitch 2 go and the second flash. Thanks for that!!
At the end it was a proper fight, which took a lot of energy out of me (mentally and physically).
The pitons used are not always the best quality, as they are often the wrong type for the placement or just used wrongly, which makes the whole climb even more spicy!
