| Stimulating Cartwheel (9a) | Another sketchy weather day, another link-up in the cave. 2nd ascent of Megos' alternative start to The Wheel, starting up Stuck South Of The Border (which is never 8B!). Feel a bit embarrassed logging it, but I needed something to do between the morning fog and the afternoon rain and figured I should go for the whole thing if trying SSOTB. Did it with the 'direct' exit to add a bit of novelty and spice; doesn't change the difficulty. |

| The Wheel of Life (9a) | Such an incredible climb... The ultimate adventure. The holds and moves are perfect. 60+ moves make up this monster. I had to get into an Enduro mindset to complete the Wheel. it all boiled down to the last shoulder breaker move at the end for me. Australia is incredible. props to Dai Koyamada for his vision. It is in my top 3 roof/ adventure climbs that I have done. A sport climb without the bolts. |
