| Burning Man (5C) | I'm getting pretty excited to try East Clear Creek! DWS is so much fun. Lisa and I swam around to check out "The Backside" and it looked much chossier, more bird shitty than the front plus the water was a littlie to turbulent. So we didn't even try. My sincerest apologies goes out to the girl from the PNW who was inspired by seeing us climbng and got urchin-ed. Looked very painful. |

| Fish Dirt (5B) | Left Side of Black Rock. DWS grades are hard. Quite fun. Lisa being a bad ass and starting the back flip train. A couple guys were waffling and Lisa just says "If I do one, you have too" and nailed it. I was inspired and did my first back layout! |

| Dog Pond Left (5B) | I had long since given up on bouldering on Maui, but I guess things have changed and there are now some good secret local spots! Shout out Lisa for doing the research, rekindling the stoke and finding this micro area. Definitely wish we had a paddle board to get to some of the cooler looking lines, but still fun to fall a bunch. Couldn't get that sweet right line, fell gunning for the lip a ton. Glad I did this easy left line for New Area Metric. |
