| Rinkhals (8A+) | First ascent of Rinkhals up at the three dams in Hermanus. I named it after almost standing on a snake near the boulder. We later identified it as a Rinkhals. It took me about eight trips, spread over a couple of months to finally get the ascent. Considering it my style yarding on crimps and that I am in good form I feel its a solid 8A+.Hermanus now boasts and 8a+ trad route and a 8A+ boulder both opened by me.
