Prvé dva dni budú v Patxiho réžii, kedy bude predstavovať svoju PUC tréningovú metódu, zamieria sa na silovú prípravu v hale a zanalyzuje tvoje silné a slabé lezecké stánky. Nasledujúce dva dni Adam, za použitia prezentácií a aj priamo na skalách predstaví teóriu a prax lezenia na On Sight a nacvičovania ciest, pričom budeš mať možnosť otestovať svoje limity, pozrieť si svoje pokusy na videu a poradiť sa priamo s Adamom o prípadnom zlepšení. Posledné dni sústredenia sa budú niesť v duchu prevencie zranení a funkčnej biomechaniky - teda zlepšenia koordinácie, flexibility, ale aj sily a vytrvalosti z hľadiska fyziológie. "Čo očakávať? Veľa lezenia so zameraním na stratégiu a spôsob, akým sa človek stavia v lezeniu. A aký je cieľ? Preliezť na prvý raz cestu, ktorá je nad tvojim zvyčajným levelom. Okrem množstva teoretickej aj praktickej prípravy s Adamom, Patxim a Pablom zažiješ aj kopu tradičnej zábavy s Rockbusters!" Sústredenie sa začína 11. marca, trvá jeden týždeň a stojí 1590€. V cene je preprava, ubytovanie, lezecký materiál a všetok čas s trénermi a inštruktormi. Týždeň predtým Rockbusters organizujú podobné sústredenie zamerané na mentálny tréning, teda ako zvládať stres pred a počas lezenia a pripraviť hlavu na prelezy, s Hazel Findlay.
