Woods: THE FLASH - The most inspirational moment in climbing

Tuesday, 30 October

Daniel Woods comments the 9a (+) flash by Adam Ondra. "It was really cool watching Adam flash Southern Smoke Direct. He was able to observe all of us trying the sequences and execute the moves perfectly. I knew once he flashed the intro boulder problem (7 moves), he would have a really good chance at flashing the rest of the route. He climbed with confidence and did not hesitate on any moves. This was the most inspirational moment that I have witnessed in climbing. Adam is currently staying with us and it is nice to hear his views on climbing.
