"What a day! I am happy that I have climbed in one session. Donโt know about grade. Maybe my style, but felt not so hard for 8C. Did it just in a couple of hours. It should have been a rest day but the conditions were pretty good and I could not wait. It turned out productively."

Vadim Timonov, who the last week has done two 8C's and two 8B+', has done a very quick repeat of Fred Nicole's Arzak in Murgtal suggesting it to be 8B+. "I did fall in the middle on my first attempt. After I did all moves on the second part with one attempt. Then it was second go from the start."

Ondra flashes 3*8C in two weeks
โI stopped focusing on competition bouldering after last yearโs World Cup in Prague, partly because I can already feel it on my body, especially in my shoulders. The modern competition style, with a lot of jumping from one hold to another, is very demanding for the shoulders.
