Tamas Zupan ustanowił chyba nowy rekord oddania, którego potrzebował, żeby zrobić swoje drugie 8C, Zunami w Saalachtal - przejechał 7000 kilometrów, zanim udało mu się osiągnąć cel.
"Byłem tam z przyjacielem w połowie marca i zrobiłem trochę boulderów w niższym sektorze. Próbowałem Gizmo 8B, które jest innym wariantem Zunami. Mieszkam w miejscu oddalonym o 600 km od Saalachtal i mogłem tam jeździć tylko w środy, z powodu pracy. Wstawałem o 4:30 rano, wyjeżdżałem z domu o 5, w Saalachtal byłem o 11. Wspinałem się do 14, a do domu wracałem 20. Zrobiłem Gizmo podczas drugiego wypadu, a teraz wreszcie poradziłem sobie i z Zunami - to był 6 wyjazd.
Pierwszy ruch jest niewiarygodnie złożony, ponieważ trzeba ruszać wszystkimi kończynami, robiąc krzyż; potem problem idzie po krawądkach w przewieszeniu - dlatego naprawdę mi się spodobał."
