"I had actually climbed Steppenwolf and NBL (New Base Line) in one day!! It was even more meaningful to have such a day in a place that is so special to me. When I was a teenager standing under these boulders in Magic Wood, I would never have dreamed about climbing these two gems in one day. As I write this, I am still feeling overjoyed and I canโt stop smiling."

Ondra flashes 3*8C in two weeks
โI stopped focusing on competition bouldering after last yearโs World Cup in Prague, partly because I can already feel it on my body, especially in my shoulders. The modern competition style, with a lot of jumping from one hold to another, is very demanding for the shoulders.
