Katharina and Alexander won all five events and Katharina did all so win the World Youth Champion. Next year, she will be allowed to compete in the World Cup and challenge her training partner, Johanna Ernst. France and Austria were the two best countries and Germany did show best progress compared to previous years.

Charlotte Durif (17) has done Home Sweet Home, 8c+ and Smoke, 8c at Pierrot beach. Both routes she did Second Go! Charlotte is #10 in the world ranking and the 5th woman to climb 8c+, after Bereziartu, Sanzos, Gros and Rodden.

Ondra flashes 3*8C in two weeks
โI stopped focusing on competition bouldering after last yearโs World Cup in Prague, partly because I can already feel it on my body, especially in my shoulders. The modern competition style, with a lot of jumping from one hold to another, is very demanding for the shoulders.
