Ondra wins again
"I feel lucky that I win", Adam Ondra taking about Alex Megos mistake midways up the very hard route. Adam further more said he was very tired after the Bouder final and could not understand how he could grab the last hold which eventually made him win. Adam has now got a medal in seventh consecutive Lead WCH, out of which three golds. (c) Vladek Zumr

Ondra flashes 3*8C in two weeks
โI stopped focusing on competition bouldering after last yearโs World Cup in Prague, partly because I can already feel it on my body, especially in my shoulders. The modern competition style, with a lot of jumping from one hold to another, is very demanding for the shoulders.
