- Unified Photo Gallery: Now you can upload photos both on the web, and in the Vertical-Life app (when adding ascents), providing a seamless experience across platforms. Share your climbing moments and discoveries effortlessly.
Go to the Beta Videos section, upload your video and tag the route or boulder. You can add a description to provide context and details, and you can be certain that youโre eventually going to help someone send :)

Ondra flashes 3*8C in two weeks
โI stopped focusing on competition bouldering after last yearโs World Cup in Prague, partly because I can already feel it on my body, especially in my shoulders. The modern competition style, with a lot of jumping from one hold to another, is very demanding for the shoulders.
