Injuries for four athletes at the Vail Boulder WC

Injuries during Boulder World Cups are rare. Consequently, it is shocking news that three of the biggest stars did get bad injuries in Vail. First Alex Puccio injured her knee in the isolation while warming up. The injury required surgery and will most likely mean that Alex will miss the rest of the season. © Spark Shop Later on, Alban Levier, gold medalist last weekend in Toronoto, also got a knee injury in the qualification and Guillaume Glairon-Mondet also suffered a traumatic injury to a finger during the semifinal. During the final, Anna Stöhr withdrew after two boulders due to a finger injury too.
