Nina Caprez ha probado con รฉxito la mayorรญa de las disciplinas de la escalada: desde pruebas en la Copa del Mundo de boulder hasta vรญas de largos. Ya en castellano os ofrecemos esta entrevista a la escaladora suiza, en la que nos resume el 2011, sus anhelos y lo que piensa sobre el dilema de las graduaciones.

Ondra flashes 3*8C in two weeks
โI stopped focusing on competition bouldering after last yearโs World Cup in Prague, partly because I can already feel it on my body, especially in my shoulders. The modern competition style, with a lot of jumping from one hold to another, is very demanding for the shoulders.
