Dino Lagni (47) flashes an 8c
Planet Mountain reports that Bernardino Lagni, the world champion from 1999 who did his first 9a being 43 years old, has flashed Mantieni la calma 8c in Ai Piccoli.
"I happened to meet Omar, who was trying the route, and he explained all the moves. I didnโt set off with the idea of flashing it, but with a little luck and driven on by the cheers of those below meโฆ I clipped the anchor!"

Ondra flashes 3*8C in two weeks
โI stopped focusing on competition bouldering after last yearโs World Cup in Prague, partly because I can already feel it on my body, especially in my shoulders. The modern competition style, with a lot of jumping from one hold to another, is very demanding for the shoulders.
