Credit to Västervik: Next boulder meet Sep 6-9

Niccolo Ceria has, inspite of some 30 cm snow on the ground, had an amazing week in Västervik, Sweden. The picture shows him on the FA of Primitive SDS 8A+. "Västervik is amazing, the environment is really nice for me and the rock too. it is a perfect granit, different from the Swiss's one. I have climbed in many sector and for sure The Hourglass is one of the best line I have climbed in my life. Today I had the possibility to climb in Fruberget and the rock is simply one of the most impressive that I have ever touched. Yesterday I did a really good project which was standing here for long. It deals of the sit of "primitive" and it could be around 8A+ but for sure i felt it harder then the 8A+ which I did here, probably it is a bit morpho." The third annual Boulder Meet will take place September 5 - 9 and a new topo will be presented. Although many of the best boulderers in the world have visited Västervik, the pioneer Stefan Rasmussen, says Nicky is at least as strong as the celebs who have visited Västervik.
