Big interest for trainers but few use them
Based on some 1 000 unique votes from the pole "Do you work with a trainer?", we can see that still few use a trainer even if most would like to. In comparison to an identical poll in 2011, we can see that the results are more or less the same. Just send in coaching questions to [email protected] or write them in the forum and we will help you to climb harder :)

Ondra flashes 3*8C in two weeks
โI stopped focusing on competition bouldering after last yearโs World Cup in Prague, partly because I can already feel it on my body, especially in my shoulders. The modern competition style, with a lot of jumping from one hold to another, is very demanding for the shoulders.
