Babsi Zangerl and Jacopo Larcher Attempt the Eiger North Face in a Day
"In 2018, Babsi Zangerl and Jacopo Larcher managed to claim the coveted second ascent of the wallโs most difficult routeโOdyssee (8a+). Fighting with loose, wet rock and unstable weather conditions, they spent four days living on the wall in order to reach the summit.
This past August, they returned to the wall in an attempt to re-climb Odyssee in less than a day and write their names into the โNordwandโsโ history book forever.

โI stopped focusing on competition bouldering after last yearโs World Cup in Prague, partly because I can already feel it on my body, especially in my shoulders. The modern competition style, with a lot of jumping from one hold to another, is very demanding for the shoulders.
