9a FA of a 20 year project by Manu Lopez

Manu Lopez, who previously in May has done two 8c+', has done the FA of Flesh For Fantasy 9a in St Antonin. It was bolted 20 years ago by Philippe Laperne and Eric Siguier and also Francois Legrand and Yuji Hirayama worked itduring the 90's, according Pierre Delas. Manu needed some 100 tries to take it down. © Sylvain Thiabaud "It was such a big achievement for me. I have tried hard the route last year but I wasn't enough fit physically to did it. This winter I have focus my training on doing much more specific exercise to improve my body tension and my biceps stamina because the first part of the route (hardest part) include a section of 20 moves with a lot of bad under clings.
