9a again by Matteo Menardi (18)
Matteo Menardi has done his third 9a, Halupca 1979 in Osp/Misja Pec. "Super route, very overhanging".
What are your winter and competition plans for next year?
During this winter I will try some unfinished projects. But maybe, thanks to the good conditions, I will try some new routes in Osp Cave. I'm sure that, for the moment, I will climb outdoor. During next months I'm going to make a decision about competitions.

Matteo Menardi has done his first 8c, Magic roof in Landro. The last three weeks, the 14 year old, has done two 8b+ and onsighted three 8a's.

Six 8a+ OS by Matteo Menardi (15)
Matteo Menardi has had a good week in Rodellar having onsigthed six 8a+. During the last few years, we have seen a dramatic redpoint progress by the youngsters but the onsight level has not picked up as much. 8a thinks that it is very important to also have a focus on onsighting.

Ondra flashes 3*8C in two weeks
