โThis year I wanted to go somewhere where I havenโt been before and Rocklands is a good place to go on a summer time and it was a new one for me. I also wanna get more powerrrrr :)
I learned alot on this trip and everything Iโve learned will help me on sport climbing. Iโd also love to do trad this year and get better as a climber in general, challenge myself in a different levels etc!!!โ

Ondra flashes 3*8C in two weeks
โI stopped focusing on competition bouldering after last yearโs World Cup in Prague, partly because I can already feel it on my body, especially in my shoulders. The modern competition style, with a lot of jumping from one hold to another, is very demanding for the shoulders.
