What's the meaning of high/low percentage in climbing ?

Hi everyone, Well, my question is in the topic. I often hear pro climbers talk about high/low percentage movements, boulders, etc. But so far I've not been able to understand what it stands for. English isn't my native language so maybe it simply comes from there ! Anyway if someone had an explanation for me I would be very grateful ! Thanks and don't forget, go climbing !!
Ok I think I found out. Low percentage is used for a move that you're able to do only once in many attempts because it's tricky, slippery or requires a body placement hard to get. So when you go for it, even if you know it very well and have already done it before, you're never sure tou're gonna send it.
