| The King (8b) | Grade wise not my hardest send, but super stoked to tick this one off! I tried this route 5 years ago and got shut down and even had a ground fall. Getting over that mental barrier and finding the strength felt amazing! Not only did I send, but I basically sent it twice within a few minutes( fell after the crux and we were limited on time. So I just lowered and fired it off right away!). I can finally call myself a boulderer after sending this short/powerful route! Let’s goooo! |

| Escaping Alcatraz (8a+) | Extension of Alcatraz. Brushed up this old project and then just fired it off! Surprised no one sent this old project before. Super crimpy after the 5.12b. |

| Salut Ashoka (8c) | Salut Ashoka is the extension to Salut Steve at Copa Gatineau. Equipped by @coachadriandas, which Adrian named Salut Steve after a friend who passed away at that time and his father Ashoka. Can’t thank Adrian enough for having the vision so many years ago, knowing that this route had enough holds for someone to climb in the future! Thank you to all my friends that came out and suffered through the cold with me this winter to figure out all beta. First 8 bolts is an old super classic 5.13a and then the extension adds a v10/11 boulder problem without any rests! Then a fun v4 mantle to the anchors! This ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ route should be on anyone’s list! Thanx @liability_waivers for starting the send train by getting your first 5.13 ever! Let’s go! What a way to start the season off!! |
