Training/Jens: Quick progress is fastest achieved through a structured training programme. In general, if you focus on systematic endurance sessions, stretching and diet you will improve over a 6-week programme. However, most of the best climbers in the world, and this is unique compared to other sports, instead focus on having fun, climbing as much as possible. |
