Jakob Schubert comments his 7 straight WC's

"I'm out of my mind of course ;) I never thought about a world record, but it's a nice bonus! I'm just very proud about this season, because I know how hard it is to win 7 worldcups in a row and I would never have even thought about it in a dream! Because you need an amazing shape, a strong head and of course a little bit of luck." Jakobs scorecard including 9a+. On saturday he competes in Valence going for his eighth win in a row. The WC finishes with Kranj and Barcelona. "I will stay in Spain after the last WC to climb some rock! I'm really looking forward to that, finally climbing some rock again! Afterwards I will go back to Innsbruck to study, I hope I'll have some time for some small trips to Ticino." © Heiko Wilhelm
