IFSC Bouldering Youth Cups: a good idea?

Debate/Jens: You are allowed to participate in bouldering World Cups once you are 15 years old. And Adam Ondra, David Lama and Gabri Moroni took podium positions in their senior Boulder debuts. They did that the year after they competed in the youngest category in the European Youth Cup. Apparently, IFSC have said bouldering is dangerous for youngsters up to 19 years old. But 15-year-olds are allowed to compete in the Boulder World Cup? I bet a European Youth Cup in bouldering would be a great success. Do you agree? Should we have IFSC Boulder Youth Cups where youngsters above 15 (or 13) could compete and have fun?
