Eiter & Ramonet won the on-sight in Arco

Both Ramón Julián and Angela Eiter are not new to this position in the Arco Rock Master, reaching the top of the on-sight route ranking by clipping the anchor. Adam Ondra fell really close to the top, more exactly matching hands on the last hold before the big volume, after being the only one to have found a no-hands-rest. Jakob Schubert reached 4 holds lower than Ondra. Amongst women, the Russian Evgenia Malamid fell just under Angela's top and the italian Jenny Lavarda finished 6 holds under her. The bad news is that Sasha Digiulian has decided not to keep competing since her finger injury still hurts although she's been resting the last few days. Read an extended report and the complete results here and watch this evening's afterwork final in the ifsc.tv at 20:30 h. Let's hope the rain stops so that the audience don't need the umbrella's hassle. 1 Angela Eiter AUT Top - 1 Ramón Julián ESP Top 2 Evgenia Malamid RUS 49+ - 2 Adam Ondra CZE 46 3 Jenny Lavarda ITA 43+ - 3 Jakob Schubert AUT 42+
