What I found interesting here is the result (rank) in finals may change a lot compared to qualis even with the "same" results in single disciplines. E.g., Kalucka, who has best speed and worst lead/boulder results (among later finalists) both in qualis and finals, was overall 3th in qualis and only 5th in the finals...

This is just natural due to the format and shows that the Speed specialist will not have a chance to qualify to Tokyo and if they do, they will end up in the bottom of the ranking.

The reason for this is that even if the Speed specialist wins at 5.80 seconds, if he is the only speed specialist one to qualify to the final, also poor speed climbers doing 7 seconds can get #2, even if he was 21 in the qualification.

Surly they have a chance. 1st (and maybe 2nd/3rd) in speed will safely qualify to Tokyo even if s/he has bad results in boulder/lead.

Wrong. 1*20*20 is far from bottom, i.e. probably ~8th place (1st half for sure) and 1*15*20 is close to the finals (6th place).
