Torned flexor digitorum superficialis

Hi One month ago I injured my hand while crimping. After an ultrasound the physician concluded that I have partly torned my flexor digitorum superficialis in the ring finger. The torned part is in the middle of the hand. I would like to hear what you think the best way to recover from this injury. - Michael
