spain from oct-Jan

Hey, we are heading to spain from Oct - end of december and would like to know if anyone has any tips on which places to visit when, and what to do for camping? (as far as camping, any bush camping? - coming from australia the conversion rate kinda sucks!) Looking at Rodellar, Allbarracin, Montgrony, Majorca, basically any where warm, bouldering or sport climbing? Cheers!
