Pain from middle fingers down to forearm

Hi! I suddently felt pain in my hand when climbing an open hand three-finger slooper ( fingers pretty far apart). Pain did not go away. Now I feel stiffness inside my hand all the time, pain when I close my hand and more pain when I put little load on the middle-fingers alone. The pain gets much worse if I bend the rest of my fingers when loading one of the middle ones. Also feel some pain at the ligament over the tendons at the wrist. The pain is located in the palm of my hand below the loaded finger.
Hi This is an injury to the common tendinous faschia that covers the flexor tendons in the passage through the hand. You should heal this pretty quickly if you cut back on all hard climbing for 10 days while still climbing easy and using an antiinflammatory drug for maximum a week. Keep circulation going by squeezing a sponge or something equally soft  during several 5 minute session in a day try this and give me feedback best of luck bjorn
