Focus on dynamic and fast climbing technique

Training/Jens: Good technique could mean that you should both posses balance and relaxing skills as well as the opposite dynamic and fast climbing. In general, technical training focus on the "slow" style in order to make the climbing feel and look nicer although the biggest gains can be found on "fast" climbing. Often the junior fast style is said to be technically wrong and this is what Chris Sharma had to hear when he introduced the new footless style in the middle of the 90-ies. Today, it is Adam Ondra who is taking the fast climbing even further. The fast climbing skill you have not reached as teenager or within a couple of years are almost impossible to learn after the community has made you technically nice boring slow climber. To get the boring balance and relaxing skills just take some hours and it would not make a big difference compared to be the impressive fast climber always full of adrenalin :-)
