Training/Jens: Most dynamic moves start with a small rubber band swing. The elastic swing helps you to increase the dynamic force. In order to swing the centre of gravity, you can swing your body, the head and bend the legs or arms. Start by moving towards the next hold than swing backwards, stretching out the cord and than use that extra momentum for the next hold. The easiest way to train this technique is to make exaggerated swings, climb like a monkey :-)
