Crystal Pinch (7A) Couldn’t even establish on this in winter but I sent it 3rd go in disgusting summer slime conditions? LCC is weird.

Jack Horner (8A+) In absolute disbelief of this one. First tried in 2020, and I think I've tried it every year since. This one has always stood out to me as one of the canyons funky/technical testpieces. First session I think I established 1 time and my shoulders were sore for 3 days. In my first 4 sessions I never did any moves but always had hope there was some beta that would work for me. Eventually found the new beta of pulling on with the high left foot and hand press could work for me, but I wasn't quite mobile enough. I've been stretching consistently for the past 6 months with this thing on my mind. Finally came back and had the mobility for the first move, and then discovered the other moves are no joke either. Took some sussing to find my way for each move, but eventually found the beta that worked for me and took it down. I think 8 sessions in total? Plus a ton of specific mobility work. Felt very difficult for me, but could totally see it being easy if you have the right skillset. I heard Dan Varian say in a podcast "could be v8 in the UK". And I'll be damned if I can't climb v8.

Stephan's Dihedral (7A+) Tried this one when I first moved to SLC 8 years ago. Figured it was time to try again. Solo evening session after hiking 5 hours to Serendipity Wall yesterday. Body was tired but mind was willing. Right had dimple pinch made the big move possible for me. Leah saw a moose!

Euro Roof (7C+) Almost perished and had to bivy on the approach up from the valley, 0/5 stars for distance from the cottonwood heights TJ's. Nobody can tell me that this isn't 10.

Ciao (8A+) Finally got around to doing this one! I spent 3 seasons visiting the boulder sporadically making little progress on it. Felt like I could do it my first session but had weeks in between each session, averaging about 3 sessions per season. Finally put some more consistent efforts into it and finished it up.
