Arco Rock Legends Awards

As every year since 2005 and with the occasion of the Arco Rock Master, the jury members coming from specialized magazines and 8a.nu, as the only website, decided during a reunion who the Arco Rock Legends or “the Climbing Oscars” were. The nominees for the La Sportiva Competition Award were Jakob Schubert, Kilian Fischhuber and Anna Stöhr. Those for the Salewa Rock Award were Sasha Digiulian, Dave Graham, Daniel Woods, Iker Pou and Adam Ondra. The resulting winners were the two female nominees. Apart from that, the Climbing Ambassador by Aquafil, given out to those who through their passion , energy and vision have guided and influenced the development of our sport, was this year awarded to Stefan Glowacz.
