Sachi Amma everything in focus in 2015

Sachi Amma has during the last four years been the best climber in the world together with Adam Ondra counting both rock and comps. In total, he has done nine routes 9a and harder and he has been standing on the podium 25 times out of the last 30 World Cups. In 2015, his focus is travelling and doing different challenges in climbing and quality circuits is his training style. (c) Luka Fonda "I have no goal for comps in 2015 but want to focus for the World Championship in 2016. So probably I participate in just one or two lead World Cups at the end of this year, maybe Norway and Slovenia? My plan is fixed until May. I go to Bishop in the middle of March for three weeks and then I go to Mt. Kinabalu (sport climbing at 4 000 m in Malaysia) with Yuji Hirayama in May for one month. My goal this year was to send 10 routes 9a or harder so I got really good start;) Actually my training is changing. Most of the time I just climb in my home gym. From last year, I started to do many hard and good circuits and every day make really hard four tries on different circuits. There are two important things. One is that those circuits have to be really good routes (meaning that it has to include so many essences for getting new technique, power and mental). Second, giving all the energy into one try. This is how I climb and enjoy in training days. I trained a lot this January with a lot of motivation with my friends;)
