Non-english characters completely broken...

Since about 2 weeks any non-english character used almost anywhere causes server error - try this crag http://www.8a.nu/crags/Crag.aspx?CragId=27924 and click on ANY photo that is listed on the left. This issue affects also routes (including any info you add about ascent: crag, sector, ...), search and probably some more. Previously (~2 weeks ago) it was working, at least in some browsers, now it's completely broken... I remember that I personally reported the issue with encoding in 2010...

Interesting thing - the issue with photos has different symptoms in IE (nothing is displayed) than in Chrome (server error), but trying to view a route with non-english characters has the same effect (server error) in both cases.
