Kalymnos comp

I was at the comp. It was CRAP, totally CRAP. For such a well funded event with some of the best athletes (respect to them for trying so hard) there and amazing routes (hats off to the route setters and wow what a crag!), it was soooo poorly done. There was no live commentary, no really awareness made of the comp (like a big banner in town). I had no idea who was climbing what, what it meant to their score, the difficulty or anything. If I were JEEP or North Face I would have been pretty annoyed. Even the party started 2 hours late. Kalymnos comp needs to ditch the old guard and get some younger organisers is with a grasp of what really makes an event. Andrew
