Lodger Wanted

I will be moving into the house in about 1-2 months time(hopefully). I am male, 25 years old, psyched for climbing and training and go climbing in the peak very regularly. The house is situated in Whaley Bridge, it is a 3 bed detached with an amazing view onto green belt land. It is about 25 minutes drive from Raven Tor, 35 minutes to Stanage and the 30 minutes to the Roaches.
