Training for the next level.

Hey guy, Im just curious to see what other climbers around the world do to improve steadily.  Im around a v9 climber and would like some strength appropriate tips. Ive only been climbing for around 2 and a half years so im not quite ready for really intense campus workouts and that sort of thing as im trying to avoid injuries.  I tried on Rockclimbing.com and got a ton of internet trolls instead of climbers but im hoping to get better results here.  this seems to be a much more climbing based site. I have just started hangboarding and campus boarding and have already switched to a healthy mostly whole foods diet.  Any other useful tips i could get from you guys around the world to help step my climbing up into the v double digits and push my leading into the mid to upper 13s. Thanks a ton for any help. -Taylor
General questions are always most difficult to answer :) but I will give it a go. 1. Great that you have heard about injuries. Focus on building a wide grade pyramid of your ascents. Do  boulders of all styles and challenge your technical skill. 2. Check and train different gripping strength. It is just very important to learn how to use different crimping angles on different holds. 3. In order to avoid injuries, focus on stretching because it is also very important. 4. There are a number of training articles here on 8a and feel free to add some detailed questions and I will answer it more specifically.
High xposures is the perfect rock climbing training institution. They provide comfortable and safer environment and atmosphere for the learners.
