34 bolts chopped in Norway

Norweigian Climbing reports that Sindre Saether has chopped 34 bolts in Romsdalen on a multi pitch. The route was put up this summer in an area with few bolts which have created a debate where all involved parties have written official statements including the Norway Climbing association and the local club. Everyone's meaning have been that the issue should first be discussed before any action can be taken. The last news from the magazine is that the bolts were already chipped three weeks ago before the official debate took place. Sindre is one of the most famous norwegian climbers who when it comes to trad big walls are one of the best in the world. He has also done several sport routes up to 9a.
