Tricep Injury

Hi Dr. So the list of injuries continues.  The day after a hard bouldering session I felt a really bad pain in my tricep (and possible bicep area) when I tried a pullup.  There was absolutley no warning of this pain.  One day later pain still severe when arm is flexed.  I can hang strainght arm with no pain.  There is no tenderness any where along the arm or elbow.  Stretching feels good.  Just feeling worried at never feeling this pain in many years of hard training.  As long as there is no pain. I suspect doing dead hangs will be ok. Thanks, Luke
Hiprobably a strain in the brachialis or brachioradialis muscle - they are  muscles that are supportive to the biceps in flexing the elbow- so deadhangs shoulb be ok and stretching is good therapy best of luck björn
