Biographie 9a+ by Jonathan Siegrist

Jonathan Siegrist has after hard projecting done a great repeat of Chris Sharma's classical Biographie 9a+ in Céüse from 2001. It was bolted in 1989 by Jean-Christophe Lafaille and in 1996 Arnaud Petit did it to an anchor put up midways calling it Biographie 8c+. Sharma did the full line in 2001 calling it Realization 9a+ but later the name was changed due to the local french tradition and the first anchor was taken away. It has only seen a handful ascents previously. During the last years, only a dozen climbers have done 9a+. Rock & Ice has a nice article including some comments from Jonathan and here is his progress in report from May 5.
