Adam Ondra has became a bone marrow donor!

For year we have been impressed by the talent of this young Cech climber. During his last trip in Spain, for example, he sent a series of 8c+ on sight and a 9b opening yet another new chapter in rock climbing. Adam Ondra has often impressed us not only as a climber but also as person.

Becoming major figure in the rock climbing world he did not lose one of the qualities that distinguish his character, remaining a humble, good-natured person. Those who know him are aware that he's able to give full attention to his vertcal life, but this has not deprived him the capacity of watching the world around him.

And it is precisely in this sense that Adam Ondra, who recently came of age, happily surprises us becoming a bone marrow donor! It is a gesture of deep humanity which tells us a lot about his interest focused not only on climbing, not only on himself. Thank you Adam!

We can just hope that his simple decision (simple, because becoming bone marrow donor takes very little effort), will be echoed by many of you, who’s curiosity will have been aroused by his good gesture. And, who knows, maybe you’ll also decide to follow his steps on this ground, also
